Welcome to Hidayah Amin's digital portfolio!
This website gives you an online glimpse into my world. It also serves as a showcase of some my writings, papers and projects.
Education: I was educated at the University of Cambridge, the National University of Singapore, Sciences-Po Paris and was a Fulbright Scholar at Lehigh University. I have also been awarded several scholarships and awards: the Alpha Delta Kappa's International Teacher Education Scholarship, the Tan Kah Kee Postgraduate Scholarship and the President's Guide Award (the first Malay Guide in Singapore to receive it). I also interned pro-bono at the United Nations Headquarters in New York City for 6 months after my graduate studies at Lehigh.
Passion: An adventurous person, I travel widely from the hamlets of Morocco to the Everest region. I am also active in community work and going on humanitarian expeditions.
Goals: God willing, I hope to set up Gedung Kuning Foundation that will administer the Hidayah Amin & Nusantara Scholarships as well as the Asia Jofrie Free Clinic.
